دانلود کتاب بررسی انتقادی رویکردهای فعلی در طراحی مقاوم در برابر زلزله با عنوان اصلی ATC-34: A Critical Review of Current Approaches to Earthquake-Resistant Design از انتشارات Applied Technology Council به زبان انگلیسی
The ATC-34 report, A Critical Review of Current Approaches to Earthquake Resistant Design, was developed under a grant from National Center for Earthquake Engineering Research (NCEER) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). (Published, 1995, 94 pages)This report documents the history of U.S. codes and standards of practice, focusing primarily on the strengths and deficiencies of current code approaches. Issues addressed include: seismic hazard analysis, earthquake collateral hazards, performance objectives, redundancy and configuration, response modification factors (R factors), simplified analysis procedures, modeling of structural components, foundation design, nonstructural component design, and risk and reliability. The report also identifies goals that a new seismic code should achieve.
